HR Operation Manager

DeLaval International AB is looking for a proactive and driving HR Operation Manager to the Group HR Department. The main task is to secure that the overall HR strategies, processes, systems and tools are maintained /communicated and used throughout the global organization.

We expect you to have:

  • + 5 years operational HR experience
  • Degree in HR related principle
  • Good experience of Comp & Ben issues as well as general HR duties
  • Experience of recruitments and assessments
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish
  • An open mind as well as an interest in and patience to deal with other cultures
  • Ability to adhere to details and doing things “right”
  • A generalist personality with the ability to multitask

In this role you will be:

  • Responsible for global HR processes e.g. Entity Bonus systems
  • Securing best practice set by HQ and communicated to other global entities
  • Participating in executive recruitments of key positions with the company
  • A member of the Global HR management team
  • Reporting directly to the Vice President Human Resources

The position is placed at the DeLaval International AB head office in Tumba, Sweden. Short notice travelling will be required.
