Technical communicator / project coordinator

Independently drive projects of changing subjects related to work at the department.  Drive and develop our standards and guidelines for writing technical documentation and to communicate structure and target information via technical documentation in English.

(2 positions)

Preferred experience:

  • Worked with product owning companies (directly or on contract), preferably matrix organizations with international customers and/or organization
  • Experience from the product development cycle: specification of requirements, design, documentation, production/installation
  • Knowledge and practical experience of XML based software
  • Experience with major industry platforms and tools: CAD/CAE tools, PDM systems or Configuration and versions management.
  • Minimum 3 years work experience

Personal abilities

  • Good communications skills with people of various backgrounds, technical as well as non-technical including end users
  • Education: University degree in engineering or agriculture
  • Level: BS to MS or equivalent (3-5 years)
  • Excellent skills in Swedish and English in written and spoken language
  • Your personality is particularly important since you will work close with highly motivated people with equally strong personalities
