Test Development Engineer
DeLaval International AB is looking for a Test Development Engineer who will be responsible for managing test development projects within our Factory in Tumba.
As a Test Development Engineer you will be responsible for managing test development projects within our Factory in Tumba reporting to our Production Engineering Manager. To play active role in product development to secure that DeLaval test platform is used as a standard.
The major objectives are:
- Secure DeLaval test standards when developing new testing tools
- Managing new and existing test operations within our factory in Tumba
- Responsible of training test personnel in new an existing test tools
Skills and Experience:
- Engineering background, (university level)
- From different manufacturing technologies
- A proven track record of delivering results against stretched targets
- Fluent English, spoken and written. Other languages are appreciated
- Project Management skills
- Experience of test development
- Foresee needs of new test models when new products is lounged
Personal characteristics
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to communicate and gain trust in different parts of the organization
- Energetic, flexible and result oriented
- Ability to prioritise
- Have a personal passion in driving development
